For nearly 15 years Jeff has served the Greater Shiawassee Area through his real estate business and volunteering his time.
Recently Jeff acquired his broker's license and along with his wife Missy, has purchased a building in Downtown Owosso to open a branch office of eXp Realty. The Smart Home Group and the Jeff McIntyre Real Estate Sales Team will operate out of that location at 205 W Main St.
The space will be utilized to provide our agents with a space to learn, be creative, innovative, and grow their business. For our clients, friends, and family, this space will be used to display staging techniques, how to use smart technology in the home, and to just hang out with us!
The McIntyres have served their community in several capacities over the past 20 years.
Missy is a teacher at Owosso Middle School, has coached several seasons of cheerleading, has mentored many students throughout her career.
Jeff served in the United States Army from 1993-1996. Upon returning home from military service Jeff began his coaching career. He has since coached Owosso Youth Baseball, 6 years as Corunna High School Assistant Swimming/Head Diving coach, 5 years as Owosso High School Assistant Swimming/Head Diving coach, 4 seasons of YMCA Youth Soccer, and 12 seasons coaching in the Owosso Girls Softball League.
Jeff has also served on several Boards and Committees as: · Secretary for Shiawassee Habitat for Humanity
Secretary, Director, Vice-President, President for Greater Shiawassee Association of Realtors.
